Goodness me, this is utterly lovely!
I’m very fond of traditional, old stationery boxes and letter writing slopes and, whilst this one isn’t old, it really looks the part.
The stationery box is made from a rich chestnut brown leather. It’s got three drawers and six compartments for storing paper, envelopes, stamps and pens. When not in use, the box folds down and can be secured with the strap. It would look great displayed on a study desk or bureau and is a great way of celebrating the good old tradition of writing letters by hand.
The leather stationery box is sold by Life of Riley. It’s sadly not cheap, but it is a piece to keep and treasure.
Oh, this is beautiful! Now I just have to justify the purchase of a stationery box to myself… so tempted… xx
Thanks for the comment, Charlotte! Yes, it is highly tempting and now firmly on my wish list.
Where can i find one of these and what’s the price?
