Made by Dimplex, the stove includes their realistic Opti-myst smoke and flame effect – the settings allow for variable flames and smoke intensity – helping it to look like the real thing. You can also make use of this effect when the heat is off.
The Dimplex Piermont stove usually retails for about £720 in high street stores. There are often heating bargains to be found if you look online – for example, it’s currently available from The Electric Fire shop store on Ebay for £544.
