Feather-filled pillow
How often do you change the pillows on your bed? Some sleep experts suggest we should do so every couple of years, but in general the time has come to change them if they’ve gone all saggy and don’t puff up like they used to.
One good trick to try is folding your pillow in half – if it stays that way without bouncing back into shape, it’s time to invest in a new pillow!
Feather filled pillows are often considered to be a luxury item, compared to hollowfibre pillows, but M&S do a good Outstanding Value range of duck feather pillows.
They’re even better value at the moment, as you can currently buy two duck feather pillows for £9.50 (the usual price for one pillow is £6).
