Spring into spring – storage solutions for coats and shoes`

We’re now well into this year, and with spring finally here it’s time to take a look at all those little jobs we’ve been putting off over the winter.

Did you know that the number two Near Year’s Resolution (after losing weight) in the UK is ‘be more organised’? If that sounds familiar, and/or you made the same resolution last year and did nothing about it, then we’re here to help – at least with your home! Sometimes organising your house is such a massive job that you simply can’t get started, so the trick is to break it down into smaller sections.

The ideal storage place for boots is right by the door, so that dirty shoes don’t go any further in than necessary.

Coats are better stored near a radiator, so they’ll dry quickly if hung up damp. Making a ‘cloakroom’ area in a corner of your house is the first step to feeling more organised – and you can worry about the rest of it later!

We’ve found some great coat and shoe storage solutions that are bound to get your storage solutions off to a good start.
